G7500 with EagleEye IV

Hello, we have a G7500 and TC8 setup and are trying to connect it to a Microsoft Exchange server to use the Calendaring service.

We have created a Resource/Room mailbox within Exchange, for the Poly VTC. And an AD Alias account assigned to it.

This mailbox is set to Accept booking requests automatically.

The Calendaring Service on the Poly is enabled with the correct details of the email and username and exchange server.

Registration status shows as Registered.

The Calendar widget shows on the Poly and TC8 unit and displays: "This room is available. No upcoming meetings"

We create a new meeting from a user mailbox, including the Poly Room as a required attendee and the location for the meeting.

I get an auto response back confirming that the meeting room has accepted the meeting request.

However, the Poly or TC8 Calendar widget never change to show the upcoming meeting.

I've downloaded debug log files from the Poly and found the following error:

ERROR CalSvcs: CALENDAR: FindItems: can't find meeting details for meetings between <number> and <number>.

G7500 software: 4.1.2

TC8 Software: 4.1.0

Exchange server 2019

The Poly is connecting direct to the Exchange server and isn't using any SIP service.

This is all on an air gapped system with no internet access.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi, no I haven't solved it.

I've been speaking to HP support who suggested a network device might be affecting the HTTPS traffic flow. Or a proxy or similar network element modifying the certificate, but i've ruled these out on our system.

They have asked for the log files to be sent to them, but i'd have to redact an awful lot which I haven't got time for.

I've kind of given up finding a solution and will use manual update using a USB device instead, because that's the only thing that works.
