Welcome to the Poly community.

 

The quickest and most honest answer would need to come from Zoom.

 

The Studio X/G7500 is designed to be used with a Room account in order to fully utilize the TC8/TC10 but you can use a personal account as well (to my own knowledge).

 

I suggest you work with Zoom on all the details.
