Hi there! We have a Polycom Group 500 (4.1.3.111080) that we are trying to pair with a new Polycom Touch Panel that we just recieved. The touch is 4.1.1-60400. I am able to set the IP information, but it never is able to actually pair with the Group500. It just spins at attempting to pair and then fails out.
Both units have static IPs on the same network -- however, I can't even get the touch to be pingable, so there's something more amiss here.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Blake

According to the release notes for the RealPresence Goup series v4.1.3 the compatable "Polycom Touch Control with software version 4.1.3"
Please refer to the release notes of group video products for the necessary software compatability matrix for Polycom and other vendors products.

Thanks for the suggestions -- we solved it by hardcoding the port for the voice VLAN to be the access VLAN -- this is not sustainable for us as we have all our video units sitting on the voice network, and it doesn't seem as if the Touch supports tagged traffic.
On another note, everything seems to be working -- content share, etc *except* I'm not able to actually make a call. It just gives me call failed every time.
if it's not one thing, it's another.
