We have Trio 8800s and Group 500s in our environment. With Trio 8800 we are able to search for a user from the Exchange directory and do a direct video call on SIP dial with RealConnect. The same does not seem to work or can be done for our Group 500s. I've changed the dialing preference from IP H.323 to SIP and vise versa with no success. Does the Group 500 not support direct dialing of Teams users? It is silly to need to schedule a teams meeting via Outlook just to video call one person ad-hoc.

Hi @ Midnite8,
no, adhoc Teams calls via RealConnect are not possible, you need a native Teams device.
Wondering why your Trio does?! Is it in Teams mode?
