Hey guys,

 

When starting a new Teams meeting from our TC8 / Studio X50 we run into the problem that we can only invite local users in our 365 tenant. Is there a way to send invites to external users this way?

 

This usually means people have to walk back to their workplace, pick up their laptop. Start Outlook, send invites and wait for confirmation.This would make things way easier.

When using another provider mode like Microsoft Teams, Poly has no control over functionality.

 

Please work with our Partner Microsoft on features along their Application.

Ah, so I have tested starting a meeting on my own from the Teams client on desktop and the same happens. We will have a look at the Teams / 365 tenant settings.
