Hello,

 

Poly X30, and TC8 with 4.1 firmware. Teams app 1449/1.0.96.2023062301.

 

On TC8 we cannot see the toolbar for end call, mute, etc...Screenshot 2023-11-16 120305.jpg

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

 

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

As this is a Microsoft Application running on a Microsoft Platform I suggest you work with Microsoft Support as they can help you.

I am also encountering a similar issue with our Poly X50 & TC8.  The toolbar will disappear only after a participant shares their screen.
 
I can make the toolbar reappear if I swipe to the left and click on the Settings menu & go back to the main screen.  The toolbar also disappears after the participant stops sharing their screen.
 
Poly X50:  4.1.0-382263
Poly TC8:  4.1.0-211200
Teams App:  1449/1.0.96.2023090601
