HP Recommended

Hello all.

We have a HDX 7000, we're located in Mexico and our partners are located in Miami, they have a HDX 8000. 
We had to configure a Public IP address so our partners could call us.

When they call us we (Mexico - HDX 7000) can see them and hear them, but they can't see us or hear us. 


Please HELP!

They have a private network which I'm not familiar, but I'm unsure is this has something to do.
