Hi there.

I've ran into a little point of irritation! Been configurating an HDX 6000 at a customers private house, he's working from home. The system works flawless when making calls, and receiving calls. I've been creating a directory for him laterly, and all works.

My problem is now, I cant log into his system from my PC............... Just like calling, typing the WAN IP usually gets me to the interface of the HDX 6000 in Chrome/Explorer browser - but not anymore, I can do when running teamviewer on his PC, and type i LAN IP - no problem.

another thing....7 systems configured at the same customer, at different locations - all ports at the routers are opened as described in the "How to configure a Cisco ASA 5505 router" - all systems are tested with the VTC callback testsite 71.14.2.157 - should that do it fir the testing.

Hoping for a simple answer with the LAN/WAN IP interface thingy 🙂

Just a wild guess but it sounds like there is another router/firewall involved, possibly at the ISP.  Perhaps try moving the HTTP port to say 8080 & ensure his ASA 8080 is open.  Shot in the dark.  Pete
