Microsoft Windows 11

I have been installing X50s in multiple conference rooms and have been experiencing some crackling coming out of the sound bar while in content mode. Any information to help address this issue would be appreciated since these rooms are in high use.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

Hi

In my company we had some crackling in one of our x50 - we tried changing cables, but no luck - after a factory reset the crackling is gone (fingers crossed for the weeks to come).
