Hi Team,

I'm an engineer at ZPG/RVU London, UK. We're facing a critical problem with our Poly StudioX30 that we need your assistance with.

This issue emerged after enabling Google Meet and Microsoft Teams integration.We are encountering a loop that prevents meetings from starting. It works fine if its only Zoom enabled. We've also ensured all devices are up to date. 

Rebooting the devices is currently the only solution, causing disruptions. We suspect an integration or compatibility problem.

Could you urgently guide us on resolving this? Our productivity relies on seamless virtual meetings. Any insights or solutions you can provide would be highly appreciated.

Welcome to the HP community.


Your post unfortunately does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product and in addition the Version for the Partner application you are using. This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

 

as this is urgent please contact our support organization in your region.
