I am using Group series 500 endpoint for confernce using TV . Conference is done over RMX. How i can use virtual background. Please help.

Its not welcome slide....ita a virtual background im talking about. I mean if i wanna put soem picture behind the back of person in conference

Are you talking about a welcome slide on the RMX or the features that partners like Zoom or Microsoft have to add a virtual background during a meeting?
If yes then this is not something we offer on the GroupSeries.
