Is there a way to change the default calendar the Polycom service connects to on Exchange? It currently goes to the main calendar of the account, but we would rather like to have it connected to a sub-calendar.

Hi mde,

 

Go to your GS WebUI, under Admin > Servers > Calendaring Service and change the account there.

Yes tried this, but then I get the default Exchange calendar of another account, not another calendar on the same accout.

 like you have to ask your Exchange admins exactly what account you should use that  has the proper resource malibox associated

At the end of the day - the account you are using for the GS has a different mailbox assigned. Investigate this with your exchange admin
