Hello guys, I am setting up a small conference room with a brand new poly x50 system. When I want to connect to the Polycom interface the default password(the serial number) is not working. Any help?

Try last 6 chars from serial number.

It's only the last 6 characters and it has to be in all capital letters.

I tried it with the username as admin but it is not working

Hello @MagicMike7 ,

 

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

You will have to factory restore the device. Pin hole reset during power up.

 

If this fails, as the unit may be provisioned, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region if no other volunteers reply. Details are in my Signature.
