Studio X50

When plugging a second HDMI into any one of the numerous X50's we have, the second TV is zoomed in like it doesn't have the right "picture mode". Changing the TV to pixel-by-pixel fixes it. However, when a single HDMI is plugged in, this issue does not occur. Only when a second HDMI is plugged in. I've checked Poly, Lens, Teams Devices and everything looks like what I would suspect it should. I've tried toggling CEC on and back off on both the Poly and the TV's (LG's in this case).

Poly is set to auto, sees the correct resolution and refresh rate of the TV. I can make the problem switch TV's buy switching which HDMI they get plugged into, so it's not a single TV setting.

I've opened a support case; but wasn't sure if anyone had come across this.

Hi Michael...

That sound strange.

One thing I always do is to disable all features on a monitor that tries to optimize the image/picture.

I just want to have the RAW image displayed. Also the optimization could add delay

And of course, enable HDMI-CEC on the monitor and set powersettings on the endpoint.

This is just a suggest you cloud try out.

If you get any useful from support, pleae lets us know.
