Hi , Just wanted to find out if anyeone else has ran into the same issue as us We have the Eagle Eye Director (EED) located approx 30M from Codec and are using the HDCI to 5 BNC + Rs232 Cable and it doesnt work a single eagle eye camera works just not the EED any suggestions ? regards Divi

I've made this work with the adapter without a problem.  Are you connecting pins 2,3,5 & 9 on the db9 part of the adapter at both ends without nulling ?
