I have just upgraded to Real Presence 700s from VS 4000s. I seem to be getting some errors and need help explaining them to my networking guy.

The document in the link below might give you some insight as to why you're seeing what you are in the call statistics.  

 

Also, it looks like you're having packet loss but only in one direction.  That's a very typical scenario where you have a duplex mismatch.  You might want to check and make sure that you do not have a duplex mismatch in the path between the two systems.
