HP Recommended

I am interested in a HDX 4002  the probable vendor = CDWG  they offer a 3 year service extension for $150.00

but also  have another 3yr coverage offering from Polycom Partners  this one = $1,600.00  

what a difference...... I usually operate under the premise "you get what you pay for"    but has anyone here had any experience with any of these 2 service offerings ?
