We have a Polycom VC setup of 3 units in different location, all the system runs over IPSEC VPN and configured for H.323 and gk registered.

End point details as below

Local end

HDX 7000 Rev D, version 3.1.2,

IP address 10.55.3.7/24

Remote End (Both are in same subnet and in same building but different floor)

Location 1

VSX 7000s.

IP address 10.55.19.7/24

Location 2

HDX 8000 version 3.1.1

IP address 10.55.19.8/24

When we dial between local end and remote location 1, both end can see and hear each other.

But when we dial between local end and remote location 2

Local end can see and hear remote location 2, but remote location 2 can not hear and see local end.

There is no problem on cable connection, cable connections of remote location 2 checked and found ok

Can any one suggest where to check or probable cause of this problem?

Regards

Faisal

First recommendtion is to get both the HDXs up to the current software, which is posted and is 3.1.4.

Also when you call between the two remote locations, do they have a successful call?

HP Recommended

Yes, both remote location 1 and remote location 2 can call each other.

Hi Sir, can you check the selfview for remote location 2? Also check the audio for this location?

How many TVs do you have for this location?
