Good afternoon,

 

I opened a service case in the Poly support, which has been closed later. I would like to update/reopen it, because we have some additional information concerning the camera, which has been subject of this ticket.

In the current HP support website I can't find an appropriate way to do it. Can you guide me how can I carry on with the service procedure for this camera?
