Microsoft Windows 11

My users will be in a conference call using the G7500 with EagleEye and Dual displays, but the displays keep switching.  It is set to view the users on primary and sharing content on secondary.  During mid-call, the system will swap the displays, then change them back a little while later.  When not sharing content, it is supposed to show connected users on primary and the room with the system on the secondary.  However, again mid call, it will split the callers across the two screens (example two callers will show one call on one screen and the other caller on the second screen).

The system is acting totally random, and users of the room conference system are getting frustrated at it, that our IT department now offers anger counselling for the users after each meeting they book the room for.

Hello @Redberry_Ray ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application version you use.  In your example the PolyOS version and the Microsoft Teams version.

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

Please do not simply edit the original post, but reply with the versions.

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

We also do not know if this ever worked or if this is a new installation or only recently changed.

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best regards

Steffen Baier
