Dear Steffen ,

 

We successfully downgraded the G7500 and the TC8 to 3.9.1, but the two devices stil not pairing.

 

Do you have other suggestions?

Have you got any luck with the issue?

Just be be sure... It is the Teams pairing that fails, not Poly OS pairing??
