I'm trying to design a system for a client using a G9 +tc10 combo where the tc10 is connected to the rooms AV control (crestron)

 

From my understanding we can connect the tc10 and crestron controller to the same network fine, can the PoE port on the g9 connect to the same network or use a usb adapter? The port is link local so might have issues connecting to the same subnet as our crestron/tc10 ip range

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

The document you reference is for HP Poly MTRoA aka Studio X, G7500 or G62. You are trying to design a MTRoW aka the HP G9 running Windows.

 

I would suggest you work with a HP Poly reseller.

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
