Global Directory on GroupSeries

Hi all,

Do you know if there is a way to display the all global directory in the GroupSeries (as in the HDX) ?

For the moment we must search an endpoint to add it on favorite or call it.

Lots of customers are asking for that, they want to see the all directory (endpoints and rooms)

To get all the contacts from the Global Directory first we need to register the Directory Server. To do this on GroupSeries (GS) we need to go to Admin Settings --> Servers --> Directory Server. Once you enter required information and click on Save, Registration Status should come as Registered

Once this is done,

1 If you click on Place a Call menu you will get Global Directory link besides Contacts text. By clicking on Global Directory link you will get all the contacts which are in that directory. You can select required contacts to have call.

2. If you click on Manage Favorites you will get Add From Directory link on the right side. If you click on that link you will get list of all the contacts in the configured directory with Add link against each entry.
