Hi! I'm having a problem conecting the IP7000 to the Group 500. It worked a couple of times but after we upgraded the firmware of the group 500 it doesnt recognize it anymore. Its not a cable problem because we can conect another mic either to the Group 500 or the IP 7000.

Right now we are using Release - 4.1.3.2-200003 for the Group 500 and BootROM Software Version 4.3.1.0887 for the Ip7000. I also tryed to look the settings to see if there is anything missing but i cannot find any entry for that. Can someone give me a hint?

Thank you so much!

Hello ,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

Please update the SSIP7000 to UCS 4.0.4 or wait until Monday and upgrade to UCS 4.0.7. Do not upgrade to UCS 4.0.5 or UCS 4.0.6 !
