I am currently working on setting up our existing Group Series 500 to work with our new on premise Lync 2013 server. I have purchased and installed the RTV/CCCP license and followed the Polycom documentation to create an Active Directory account for the room, configure SIP, Exchange integration, Directory server etc. When i look at diagnostics on the web interface everything reports as being connected and authenticated succesfully but no matter what i try, the calendar view on the group 500 always shows "no meetings". I have tried creating both Lync and non-lync meetings by logging in with the account in question, i've also configured auto-accept of meeting requests for that account and sent invites to both Lync and non-Lync meetings, but nothing seems to work.
Any advice would be really appreciated.

Well, i'm rather embarrased but willing to hold my hands up to this one.... it turns out the reason I couldn't see any appointments in my calendaring view on the group 500 is because the date was set one day ahead, so i was booking things for today and the group 500 was treating them as yesterdays appointments! I was sure i'd checked that a couple of times but clearly not, hopefully this might help someone else.
Thanks
James

Hi Yash,
Thanks for your response, I made the mistake of presuming that the two were both part of the Lync integration side of things. Its actually the calendaring service that I need assistance with, the calendaring service registration status says "registered" but any events i add to the calendar don't appear on the group series.
Thanks
James

Hi James,
I am afraid that I cannot help but you are not alone. We have exactly the same setup and issue ... calendar does not show anything.
Even more worth ... if you define the mail address and it is the same like the H.323 contact the Polycom "crashes". Crazy ... we have already done everything pssobile thus upgraded the system to the latest versions and also in the meantime "downgrade" again.
Nothing ... no help possible from anyone?
Regards,
Manfred
