Group 500 - Software update : wrong URL

Hi,

My office is a new user of a Polycom Realpresence Group 500 system.

The system was installed with this URL in "Software Update" (in french "Mises à jour logicielles" ) :

http://downloads.polycom.com/video/group series

It returns a "not found" error.

I would like to get the good URL to use software updates.

I have some issues with my Firewall to get the software Update . So could you explain the procedure to do it from USB. I have downloaded the .tar file to tried . But it doesnt work . So kindly explain the procedure .
