Group 500 and eagle eyeIV camera

We are facing an issue with a group 500 codec attached with an eagle eye IV camera . When it  is going to sleep and turning then it becomes free and turns a few degrees right ieWHICH WAS AVAILABLE  it does not remain in the fixed sleep position.

Has anybody come across this issue.

The firmware ver of the G 500 is 4.3 as the latest patch in the Polycom server.

There was a change in the 4.3 code to turn the power off of the EE4 camera to reduce power comsumption, be eco friendly, etc.

You "Can" try to angle the camera a bit to the front (say 5 degrees or so) down.   When the camera goes to sleep, It "should" stay pointed away from the users..

Just to follow up on this a little more.  If you raise the rear of the EE4 camera base by about 9mm (or the thinkness of the GS remote laid flat).   The camera should remain pointed to the rear after the system goes to sleep.
