Dear all

We have here a Group 500 sucessfully integrated into our Lync 2013 / Skype for Business enivroment. In parallel we have at some locations old Lifesize systems which only supports h.323. How can I achive a connection to them? Currently the Group is in our internal LAN and is using the Sfb servers to connect to outside.

Do I need to place the Group 500 into DMZ and assign a public IP in order to communicate with h.323? If yes, does this change anything in the Skype for business mode?

Thanks, Pascal

Hello @pascal.thum ,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Both the community's Must Read First and the community's FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow up post should contain.

Your GroupSeries can register to both Skype for Business and H.323 at the same time.

Not knowing what technology you are using as the H.323 Gatekeeper it can make and receive calls.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
