Hi,

 


When power is on, the group series 310 has only a cooler, the OS does not boot, nothing is displayed on the panel, the microphone and the camera do not respond, the led on the front panel does not light. What could be?

Sounds like you most likely have a corrupted memory on it.  You should call your services contractor for assistance.
