Dear Sir,

 

I know that Group 500 is not support ISDN but HDX can. Are there any possibility to find the cheap gateway or converter to make Group 500 be able to call ISDN codec? Our customer has no budget for RMX and they have AudioCodes with Lync2013 in use. I don't know Mediant1000 can do such function by mapping the H.323 dummy ip to be the real ISDN number in their box or not? Thank you in advance for your support.

HP Recommended

No there is not, Polycom continues to look for a solution but would recommend the HDX for those customers who need H.320 interfaces.
