We are having intermittent problems dialing using H.323 extensions through a gatekeeper.  The address that is dialed is often not the address that is configured in the directory or what is manually entered in the call dialog.

I have checked with our gatekeeper administrator who has stated that their logs show the address being dialed from the endpoint before it even reaches the gatekeeper.  Occasionally resetting the gatekeeper parameters and refreshing the registration will do the trick but not always.

The endpoints in question are all HDX systems running anywhere from ver 2.6.1.3 to 3.1.  The gatekeeper is a Tandberg/Cisco VCS.

All that is enabled under call preferences on the end points is H.239, IP H.323, and ISDN H.320.  The gatekeeper specifications are static as are the IP addresses.  Only IPv4 is enabled.

Has anyone else run into such a thing?  If so, what was the fix?

Thank you.
