G7500

HI everyone

I have a barco cx-50 connected to the HDMI input of a G7500 the issue is that when i use device mode there is only audio,to obtain video i have to change the resolution of the barco, and at each time i end the device mode session and enter it again i there is only audio to obtain video i need to change resolution again from barco.  But in content mode i do have video.  could it be resolution issue when in device mode or an EDID error btw the two device.

 

did someone experience this problem?

 

both devices running with their lastest firmware

we also experience resolution problems on the G7500 with the firmware 4.x. We didnt have these issues on firmware 3.14. Two cases still under review with poly
