Good day! in the organization, there are three non-working HDX.
We all absolutely the same problem occurs when the label "Polycom" and after it they simply reloaded - this is repeated in a circle. tried to install a power supply unit from the workers "HDX" - does not help.
to check the installed flash card from a broken work in and it started without problems.

We tried to reset the settings and update the program with usb- flash cards, they still not loaded
Thanks for help!

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Polycom does not support unqualified personal to attempt any hardware changes or flash card modifications and we do not discuss such actions within this community.

 

A faulty Polycom device can only be repaired via Polycom.

 

Please contact your Polycom reseller for RMA options.
