Hello. I have hdx 4500 incoming call issue. When incoming call come from other hdx system to hdx 4500 the 4500 after 2-3 calls automatically reject the call.  Firmware version 3.0.5

Looks like we need more info.

 

What is the history? Has this happened in the past.

Since the HDX will not reject a call in the way you describe I suspect outside influence like firewall.

Is there any message on the screen of the HDX when a call is rejected?

What needs to be done in order to receive calls once the rejection happens? A reboot perhaps?

You may need to call Polycom Support and provide the HDX logs. Perhaps we can spot a clue.
