I need to connect our HDX 6000 system to a VGA monitor.  I am trying to do so via an HDMI-to-VGA converter.  It is not working with the Polycom processor, although all parts (HDMI cable, VGA cable, converter, and VGA monitor) work when the source is a PC.  How can I make it work with the Polycom processor?  I saw a post from 2011 which reflects the same connections, but there was no follow up as to whether it worked, or whether there are settings within the Polycom processor which need to be changed.
