Complete newbie here,
We just purchased an HDX 6000 system. Connections are fine system boots up and looks good.
The system detects an IP address that is (of course) on our local network (I can access it remotely at that address).
Trying the test numbers seems to work tried 140.242.250.201 and got a response, what should I expect?
Is there a way to test sound? I would like to make sure before a meeting with our office in France on Monday (we are in the US)
Many thanks
Geoff

Its OK thanks for the response, the problem was the setting of the NAT translation. I was working only with the remote and coiuld not find where to set that. When I went to the web interface I found it under Network>IP Network, set it to Auto and it found our public IP address - everything now works - thanks!

So its not working - I should be getting both video and audio from the test addresses - I am not, - just a blank screen but no error messages not much help really.
Do I need to manually enter our Public WAN address? There is no information on this that I have found, every video just glosses over this and assumes that the local address will work.
Real-Presence auto configures everything and it works great on a laptop here...
Any help with this?
