HP Recommended

Hi - I have 2 HDX6000 units that when they are powered off they loose the address book info. I have to go in and copy them back each time. They are at version 3.0.0.1. I have 10 HDX 6000 and these are the only two that do this. I have checked the settings in the ones that are okay, made changes but still no luck. If I do upgrade the software in the units, I loose sound 4 or 5 minutes into the meeting. Anyone else out there with similar problems? Thanks

HP Recommended

Nothing I have ever heard of but would recommend you upgrade to 3.1.2 which is the current software.  If you are unable to do that then please get updated to the 3.0.6 release and retest.
