HP Recommended

I have two HDX 7000, and placing calls between them works great, no issues. Where I am running into an issue is where when I try do a multipoint call, with both sites and a Audio only call, the resolution of everyone goes to 384k. Little more details

 

Site 1- HDX 7000 with multipoint License, registered to a SIP server for Audio Calls.

Site 2 - HDX 7000

Site 3 - Audio Caller

 

I have set some dialing speeds, and calls between S1 and S2 are great, its only when adding Site 3.

 

Also it appears that if I dial from the web there is drop down where I can specifiy somthing other than "VIDEO' as the call type, but its greyed out.
