Good morning everyone,

We have 3 HDX endpoints in our company and 7 Realpresence desktop software endpoints.

We use the "Content+people IP software" a lot along with the VGA input cable to display content wich is very convenient.

We have one big issue however, when we use either the cable, or the software to display content , the image where it is sent to is crystal clear, but remote parties that see the broadcasted content see it completely blurry and totally .

For example, if i use the VGA cable to show content on our HDX 7000, it's perfect to us in that room, but subsidiaries, (both with HDX or Realpresence systems) see it completely unreadable, beyond blurry, looks like a webcam feed from 1995.

Same thing happens if we use people+content IP, only the system that receives the content directly has a clear picture, all the others in the communication can't read a thing .

Is there any way around it? Because with such expensive systems, it's sad to see such a basic limitation for static content, and to work around it , everyone has to bring their laptop along and open the presentation/pictures wich kind of defeats the point...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Look at the stats on the far end system, what is the resolution and the framerate being received.  What bridge is being used, what does the stats there show?

What software version does the EPs use?
