Hello.
Who knows how can I use EagleEye view as second camera with HDX 7000? What cables/converters to use?

The HDX 7000 has only one HDCI (High Density Camera Input) interface and therefore can only support 1 of the Polycom EagleEye cameras.

HDX7000 has a s-video input, and according to specs of EagleEye view camera it has s-video and component output in HDCI. 

With my handmade cable I can get component signal from camera, but not the s-video. How to enable s-video output in camera?
