We are in virginia and make a call to canada, we get a great connection nice video and audio.

then we call the UK and the great connection to canada is now like we just droped the line to 128K.

We always have a mediocre connection to overseas but why does the connection to canada drop in quality when we connect a second call of lower quality slower connection.?

Hi,
Terminal has no function transcoding, when connected with a low bandwidth, all sessions will be lowered in quality.
