Hi

 

My HDX 7000  can succesfully make an IP video call , i can see and hear far site audio so is the far site . The only problem is the far site cannot call my endpoint .

 

We need this funtionality .

 

Please heip

Try NAT ON in Admin>Network>IP>Firewall, if not browse the forum for info on Firewall ports.
