HP Recommended

My HDX 8000 power light does not light up at all. I have reset the unit and still no indicator. There is no way to tell if the system is on or off.

Unplug the power cable, plug it back in and press the power button.

If the system starts, you should be able to hear the fans of the unit.

If you hear nothing, get no picture on the screen - it will be a hardware failure. You should talk to your local reseller or Polycom then.
