HP Recommended

My  HDX 8000 rebooting many times even i upgrade SW 3.1.1.3.  also i have downgraded to 3.1.1.2.

But still i am facing same problem. sometimes HDX codec fan is very noisy. i think this is the problem is related with hard ware  or something else All software version 3.0.1 to 3.1.1.3 tested. problem is still same.

Please make sure that the system is installed with proper air flow, the HDX is designed to have airflow through the codec and that can not be hindered.  Also make sure if it is installed in an enclosure the enclosure has proper ventilation.  The HDX data sheet provides specifications on the operating temperature range, and if not properly installed to those specifications can exhibit this behavior.

 

If it is installed with proper ventilation and proper temperature then I would recommend opening a service report.
