Hi

 

I have a HDX8000 stuck on the splace screen. I was factory resetting and I lost power.

 

I have tried to reset it again with turning it on and holding down reset button for 25 seconds but that didnt work either.

 

Any ideas on how I could reset it?

Like any other community our participating audience will reply to a new post if they have something to reply to.

 

The community's  "Welcome to the Polycom standalone video endpoints support Forums! Please Read this before posting" and the Video FAQ both state that before posting a community search should be tried.

Doing this search myself => here <= shows multiple topics with the same content.

 

You have unfortunately not provided any history on this device aka if this is brand new or years old.

 

There are plenty of options in the search results and as a final step I can only ask you to work with your Polycom reseller to bring this to the attention of Polycom support.
