Hello,

 

Can anyone help?  Everything looks good to me.  When the HDX system is up, I see that the conference room user is Available, so login was successful. I am able to dial and receive calls on that phone.

 

Anyone?

I'm experiencing the same issue as well.  We have updated the HDX and the PTC with the latest firmware.  We do see the contacts within the HDX directory just not on the PTC.
