HP Recommended

Having an issue with a HDX-9000 and a Tandberg 6000MXP operating concurrently via a Tandberg MCU over a private VTC network.  When either unit is working independently and/or on multisite calls (not with each other) both units work as expected.  However, when the HDX-9000 and the T6000MXP are on a multisite call together via the MCU, the HDX displays only black video to the other call participants.

 

Any suggestions on a solution are welcome!
