HI

 

Second camera EEII (MPTZ-8)  is not working in HDX9002 (Software version 3.0.5).We are using external power supply in second camera.

Hi there...

is the cam working on camera port 1 without the power supply ??

Just to make sure, that there is no hardware failure.

The issue is that the EEII is not supported on the HDX 9002
