Hi All,
Question:
We see, in some occasions when trying to send content back and forth the following issue in point to point connection:
1. Send content from us to external party: Content Sharing does not work, but:
2. When sending content from external party to us: Works fine, AND
3. When trying to send from us to external party again: Works fine.
It is probably something with line up of contentprotocols e.g. H.239, but is there a solution for this? Users find this "workaround" a bit strange.
Connection was between our HDX 7000 (s/w: 3.0.5-22695) and ext. party Tandberg 516.
Hopefully someone can explain what is happening and perhaps even have an answer?
Thanks,
Johan

I have seen something like this in the past where one side had to send first before the other side could send. It turned out to be a firewall issue. Sorry but I cannot seem to find any particulars on the case.
The other possibility is a compatibly issue with the Tandberg system. The HDX 3.0.5 software release notes list all of the products we have tested with. I am not too familiar with their product line but do not see a 516 listed.
