HP Recommended

Hi, can somoene please advise why some of our HDX units reboots after it receives content. A normal video call runs smoothly but the second it receives content it restarts.

 

attached are the system and error log files from one of the units in question.

Please escalate this with Polycom service.  We can assist with this type of issue here.
